If you offer many different online booking services, you can divide them into different categories. This will help your customers find and book the services they want faster.
How do I create a new category?
In your TIMIFY account, go to "Management" -> "Services".
Click on the grey folder symbol 📁 in the upper right corner to create a new category.
Now enter the desired category name and select the services to be assigned to this category.
You can also decide whether you want all categories to be expanded or collapsed in the booking overview for your customers, or whether only the first category should be displayed.
You can do this in the section "Booking setup" -> "Settings" in the section "Booking widget".
