If you have forgotten your password or have problems with your password when logging in to your TIMIFY account, you can simply reset it on the login page via Forgotten your password?


Please enter your new password in the "E-mail" field and confirm this with "Reset password".

Your password must always start with a capital letter, must be written together, and must not contain any special characters or umlauts.


You will then receive an e-mail from us to your registration e-mail address to set a new password.


If you want to change your password for other reasons and are logged in to your account, you can also change your password there via your user account in the "Details" tab.

Please select the "edit icon" here to proceed to the next step.

Please confirm the change there with your previous password and enter your new password below.

At the end, simply click on Save and your new password is set.
