To be able to offer your customers available dates for online booking, you must first make your TIMIFY account online bookable. You can do this by clicking the button in the bottom-left corner of your account's menu bar. As soon as the button is turned green, the online booking is active.

What booking options are there for my customers?

Your customers can make an appointment with you in many ways. In addition to booking via classic channels such as telephone, e-mail or booking in place, TIMIFY also offers a number of online booking options:

  1. via Booking link

  2. via your TIMIFY Profile Page

  3. through your website

  4. via your Facebook page

1. Booking link Widget

You can use the direct widget link, which will instantly display your services in the browser. This is the most direct way for a customer to access your services.
To access the URL please go to IntegrationBooking link and click on the following icon:

It will load the widget directly in a new tab:

2. Your TIMIFY Profile Page

If you don't have your own website, TIMIFY's profile page is ideal for you and your company. Here your customers will find your opening hours, address and general information about your company in addition to the online booking option.

3. Widget integration on your website

You can also make appointments for your customers bookable online on your company's website. You can integrate the TIMIFY booking button and the so-called booking widget on your website. If you want, you can also customize it according to your own wishes.

You have the option to integrate your widget as Overlay button, iFrame or you can download our CMS plugin for WordPress, Joomla and Drupal.

4. Appointment Booking via Facebook

Your customers can also book appointments with you via your company's Facebook profile. Offer your customers a straightforward booking if they are already informing themselves about your company on your Facebook profile.

We explain the steps below:

1.) Head to your business Facebook page and click on "+ Add a Button"

2.) Select the "Contact Us" option

3.) Go to your TIMIFY account and from the left side menu click on IntegrationProfile Page and copy the URL from Profile Page link.

  • You can also use the URL from IntegrationBooking link to directly display the booking Widget form.

4.) Then go back to Facebook and paste the URL in the designated section,
hit Save and you will have your TIMIFY Profile page linked to your Facebook account.

With online booking, you offer your customers the possibility to book appointments with you at any time. Make your company bookable - whether on your website, via your TIMIFY profile page or Facebook.
