Hassle-free payment that benefits you and your customers! Take credit and debit card payment for your services and classes online. This feature is available for all our TIMIFY Classic and TIMIFY Premium users.

How it works

Firstly, decide which of your services you want to accept online payment for. Then activate these services by selecting either "mandatory" or "optional" in the checkbox that appears in the service settings tab.

To make it easy for you, all bookings that are paid for in advance will be marked with a green "paid online" label. From the booking view, click on this label, and you'll be redirected to see the transaction details in your Stripe account.

This feature is available for our customers in Belguim, Germany, Finland, Ireland, the Netherlands, Switzerland, Spain, France, Luxembourg, Austria, Sweeden, the UK, Italy, the USA, Canada, Australia, Japan and Singapore.

A bit about our selected provider, Stripe

We work with Stripe to bring you this feature. Stripe holds a Level 1 Certificate in PCI Service Provider, which is the highest level of security available in the card payment industry. 

Stripe works seamlessly with your TIMIFY account, and accept all major credit and debit cards. Customer payments are deposited to your account within 2-7 days. You will need to open an account with Stripe if you're not already a customer of theirs.

Full disclosure: what you need to know

Stripe charges a transaction fee of 2.9% + 30c for each transaction. Additionally, TIMIFY charges a further fee which is calculated at 4.0% per transaction for TIMIFY Classic customers and 0.5% fee per transaction for TIMIFY Premium customers.

You can decide whether you wish to pass these fees on to your customers, or if you want to pay the fees.
