TIMIFY offers more that managing appointments, it also contains a customer management tool. There you can add existing customers while new customers that book online will be added automatically. With this you have the most important details like addresses, birthdays or other notes always stored in one safe place.
To add a customer, go to the Customers section in the navigation on the left and click on Add customer. There you can add all existing data.
You can add different customer information like name, email, phone, address or birthday as well as free notes. They are changeable anytime.
Our Premium version offer an additional overview of past and future bookings for each customer, so you can check immediately when the customers next appointments will be when he / she calls or comes by.
Customers that are stored with an email address can be informed via email when you add a booking for them directly to the calendar. To do this, tick the field in the Add booking overview that says Notify customer. The customer will receive an email with the details of the booking via email. Bookings that are scheduled online automatically send an email with the details.
