For what purpose and on what legal basis is data processing done?
  • Generating logfiles: Through logfiles, we guarantee establishing a connection to our website and simplify the website´s use, e.g. by preselecting the correct language and currency. We carry out analyses of system security and stability as well as for administrative purposes (art. 6 section 1 f) GDPR).
  • Web analysis: We use analysis and tracking tools to analyze user behavior, whereby we adapt our website to the visitors´ interests and draw conclusions from the statistical analysis of the user profiles about our sites´ way of functioning and success (art. 6 section 1 f) GDPR).
  • Advertising: With the help of so-called “ad tracking tools”, third-party providers as well as we can analyze anonymously the behavior of individual users across websites, draw conclusions on their interests from that and show individually customized advertising based on that (art. 6 section 1 f) GDPR).
Is provision compulsory?

However, some parts of the website cannot be used or can only be used to a limited extent without processing the data, e.g. registering is stored via cookies.

2. TIMIFY registration and login

which data are processed here?
Email address, first and last name, address, company, home country, login data for registered customers; IP address, cookie identifier; customer statistics, vacation days and sick days, customer and ac-counting data, mobile phone number

For what purpose and on what legal basis is data processing done?
  • Account: We process your data in order to provide a Timify account for you and to be able to man-age and adapt your appointment booking solution by that. If you have a customer account, we need your login data (email address and password) to verify your customer account (art. 6 section 1 b), f) GDPR). We always process your data on the basis of a data pro-cessing contract between you and us.


Is provision compulsory?
Yes (by contract).
Without processing, we cannot create your TIMIFY account.

Is there so-called profiling?
Yes. *

When are those data deleted?
Upon deletion of your customer account or as soon as we are asked to delete them, according to the guidelines of commercial law and tax law (e.g. accounting data)

3. TIMIFY appointment bookings

Which data are processed here?
Email address, first and last name, mobile phone number, login data for registered customers

For what purpose and on what legal basis is data processing done?
  • Appointment bookers: Appointment bookers have the option to make appointments with self-chosen service providers and to make contact with the service providers. If you have a customer account (no guest access), we need your login data (email address and password) to verify your customer account (art. 6 section 1 b), f) GDPR).
  • Facebook Connect: If you log into your account using your Facebook login data, a connection between your Facebook profile and our website is made that can be used to transfer data.


Is provision compulsory?
Yes (by contract).
Without processing, we cannot book appointments for you.

Is there so-called profiling?
No.

When are those data deleted?
Deletion as soon as we are asked to do so, however no later than 5 years after the last appointment booking or login to the customer account.
 


4. Newsletter

For what purpose and on what legal basis is data processing done?
  • TIMIFY news: Via our newsletter, we send you current information on products, services and projects as well as special offers.

Yes.

Upon unsubscribing from the newsletter or as soon as we are asked to delete.
