Minimise no-shows by making sure your customers remember when their next appointment is. You can send out reminder emails 1-72 hrs in advance of their booking. In each email there's a link customers can click on if they want to cancel their appointment.
Design your customer database: select which fields should be part of your online booking process, which fields are mandatory and which are optional. So you can collect the essential information you need from your customers to prepare for their appointment.
Do you have multiple sessions with the same customer? If so, there's no need to add the same information for each booking from scratch. Just copy the customer's existing booking and run it again for the future dates you want.
Classes, workshops, bootcamps, conferences - we’ve got you covered. Use our Group Bookings tool to organize your multi sign-up events and make them online bookable (optional). Plus benefit from email notifications every time someone enrols online!
