Offer your customers an easy and convenient payment method in the online booking via Stripe and PayPal.



⚠️ Important:

Stripe - plus other institutions - are slowly rolling out increased security around online payment. It doesn't affect many banks/individuals right now, but over the coming months, it's anticipated more banks will implement this. Our update will address this now and for the foreseeable future.

    2.1 Important Information


1. Stripe

  1. Go to SettingsOnline Payment in your TIMIFY account.

  2. Click on the grey "stripe" field

  • You will then be taken directly to the Stripe registration page, where you can either sign in if you already have a Stripe account or register for the first time.

  • Once you have linked Stripe to your TIMIFY account, you will be returned to your calendar. Decide which of your services you would like to accept online payments for. Then activate these services by selecting either 'mandatory' or 'optional' in the checkbox that appears on the 'Settings' tab.

  • To make it easy for you, all prepaid bookings are marked with a green 'paid online' label. Click on this label in the booking view, and you will be redirected to view the transaction details in your Stripe account.


2. PayPal

  1. From the menu SettingsOnline Payment, select the PayPal tab.

2. Click on "Connect your PayPal to TIMIFY" and you will be redirected to the PayPal login page.

  • Login with your PayPal Business account and you are done, PayPal is synced with your TIMIFY account.


  • The fees from PayPal can be seen in the Transaction details in your PayPal Business account.

There also you will find our fees based on the subscription plan you have.


2.1 Important information

  • In comparison to Stripe, PayPal does not accept adding additional transaction fees defined by merchants.

  • Due to PayPal regulations, resources with custom permissions cannot edit the service name & price of a booking that was paid online. This includes all Single and Group bookings.
