TIMIFY offers more that managing appointments: it also contains a customer management tool. There you can add existing customers while new customers that book online will be added automatically. With this you have the most important details like addresses, birthdays or other notes always stored in one safe place.
To add a customer, go to the Customers section in the navigation panel on the left and click on Add customer. There you can add all the existing data.
You can add various items of customer information such as name, email, phone, address or birthday as well as free notes. They can be edited at any time.
Our Premium version offers an additional overview of past and future bookings for each customer, so you can check immediately when the customer's next appointments will be when he/she calls or visits.
Customers who have supplied an email address can be informed via email when you add a booking for them directly to the calendar. To do this, tick the field in the Add booking overview that says Notify customer. The customer will receive an email with the details of the booking. Bookings that are scheduled online automatically send an email with the details.
