Online booking with TIMIFY will make you work day easier. Your customers can schedule appointments online at any time via the TIMIFY Mobile App, your TIMIFY booking profile, your own website or your Facebook company page.

Online booking settings

To define the basic settings for bookings click on Online Booking in the navigation on the left. Here you can change for example when a customer should be able to cancel an appointment latest or how long in the future customers should be allowed to book. Other settings are available there as well.

Do not forget to change the setting Online Booking is to activated, when you are done with setting up the booking profile (see next step).

Setup booking profile

Your booking profile is like a free mini-website that can be accessed from your personal profile address that contains your company name. It will also show up in the TIMIFY Mobile app. You can adjust the profile to your company. Add your address and the Opening Times (please be aware that these have no influence on your availability for being bookable online). Upload a profile picture, add further information like a phone number and your company website.

Online bookings from the customers point of view

Booking is possible via the TIMIFY smartphone app that can be downloaded in the Google Play Store or the App Store, further it is possible via your own website or Facebook (after the Integration, see next step) or the profile page which has been described above.

  • The customer will see your predefined services and chooses the desired service.
  • After that the customer will be shown which employee / resources are available and all available times. They can choose a specific resource / employee if they wish and then only the available times for that respective resource / employee will be shown.
  • It is possible to change the date by clicking on Next Day or use the mini-calendar to go even further.
  • After deciding on a service and time the customer can book.
  • The booking will then be added to the customers private smartphone calendar and receive an email with the details.

Integration to Website and Facebook

TIMIFY is really easy to integrate on a website or a Facebook company profile. Go to Online Booking in the navigation and click on the section Integration.
