  1. Functions, features and components

    The following modules are included in the free TIMIFY Classic plan: Appointment Calendar, Customer Management, Resource Management, Service Management, Mini Website, Booking Profile, , Booking Widget, Email-/In-app-Notifications, Facebook App, Online Payment, Free Market Place Apps, Plugins for CMS as well as unlimited customer bookings and unlimited number of employees and services to create.
  2. Other services

    TerminApp offers the customer useful hints to optimise their TIMIFY account. These hints may take the form of In-App messages and/or emails. TerminApp processes the personal and booking data of the appointment bookers and makes these available to the customer in the form of statistics and analyses.
  3. Costs, due dates and billing details

    There are no costs associated with the use of the TIMIFY Classic Package.


2. TIMIFY Premium

  1. Functions, features and components

    In addition to the TIMIFY Classic features listed in section 1, TIMIFY Premium includes the following: Windows and MAC OS Applications for Desktop, Tablet and Mobile, Custom Data Fields, Shift Planner, Email Reminder, Monthly Calendar, Advanced Settings, Group Bookings, Course Management, Booking History, Statistics Dashboard, Marketing Tool, Recurring Appointments, Copy Bookings, Premium Market Place Apps.
  2. Other services

    TerminApp offers the customer useful hints to optimise their TIMIFY account. These tips take the form of In-App messages and/or emails. TerminApp processes the personal and booking data of the appointment bookers and makes these available to the customer in the form of statistics and analyses.
  3. Costs, due dates and billing details

    A fee applies to use of the TIMIFY Premium plan as described above. The customer may choose to pay a monthly payment of EUR 28.44, or a one-time annual payment of EUR 284.17. The payment is inclusive of VAT, of currently 19% (in Germany, this may other differ for other countries). The fee is due upon completion of the registration process and can be paid monthly or annually by credit card or PayPal.


3. TIMIFY Enterprise

  1. Functions, features and components

    In addition to the TIMIFY Classic and Premium features mentioned in paragraphs 1 and 2, TIMIFY Enterprise includes the following: Branch Management, Custom Widget Design, Customised Emails, access to our Developer Platform and Dedicated Apps.
  2. Other services

    TerminApp offers the customer individually agreed upon services, as well as training and useful hints to improve their experience with TIMIFY. Details of all services can be found in the customer’s respective Enterprise contract. Unless otherwise specified in the Enterprise contract, TerminApp processes the personal and booking data of the appointment bookers and makes these available to the customer in form of statistics and analyses.
  3. Costs, due dates and billing details

    A monthly fee of EUR 39.90 plus VAT applies to the use of the TIMIFY Enterprise package described above. The fee is due upon completion of the Enterprise contract and is invoiced monthly or annually. In addition to this license fee, further costs may arise for software adaptations (so-called "customisations"), training and/or support services. The costs for these individually agreed upon services are specified in the customer’s respective enterprise contract.
